The SBA T.H.R.I.V.E. Emerging Leaders Reimagined program takes you on a journey of learning to lead yourself and ultimately translates that knowledge into leading others. It will equip you with skills to overcome the constraints of your business' growth and help you to step forward with a new perspective on leading your team to success. Enhance your leadership abilities, acquire MBA-equivalent knowledge, benefit from personalized business guidance, and establish connections with a group of entrepreneurs, consultants, and specialists.

SBA T.H.R.I.V.E. Emerging Leaders Reimagined is for you if:

You meet the eligibility requirements.Have annual revenues of at least $250,000Have been in business for at least three yearsHave at least one full-time employee, other than selfYou can commit to completing the full six-month program, including working through the online training, submitting assignments, participating during sessions, and reaching out for help.You are coachable, ready to be challenged and supported, and willing to put in the necessary work to accelerate growth.You are open-minded, collaborative, and open to new ideas and opportunities.You are an aspiring small business owner or entrepreneur looking to improve your business impact and performance.You want to expand your knowledge and get expert help scaling your business.
